Helping South Carolina Flood Victims

We ended up heading southeast into South Carolina yesterday. We felt led to come help and be the hands and feet of Jesus instead of just bypassing the state. So we are 50 miles from Columbia. Our campground is safe and we double checked that the roads we would have to take to get here were open and they were.

We are wanting to gather supplies for those left homeless by the immense flooding and are asking for your help. The people here are in desperate need of food and baby supplies. There has been so many donations of drinking water that they no longer need anymore. Praise God!

On Tuesday alone(the first day the rains stopped), the food bank in Columbia South Carolina helped 500 people. That's at just one food bank in one city.

The needs are massive. And it rained heavily again here yesterday causing already swollen rivers in the area to overflow. They just can't catch a break.

So if you would like a chance to help directly then go to the right on my blog to the PayPal button and donate today. We are only in this area till tomorrow so today will be your only opportunity.

We will be purchasing baby wipes, diapers of various sizes, formula, canned items with pull tabs-fruits,veggies,and meats, shelf viable milk, pb and sports drinks. These are the things listed on the red cross and food banks updated  website.

100% of your donations will be used for the. items mentioned above.

Our family will purchase the items and then deliver them on behalf of all who helped.

Think how many cans of food a simple $10 donation can buy!

We'll be sure to take pictures as we shop and deliver the items you helped to donate.

Can't wait to see what God does!

Many blessings
The mama
